The service
NexaCloud hosts static websites. It is in public beta and is provided “as is”, without guarantees of uptime or fitness for a particular purpose. Features, limits and prices can change; we will announce material changes on this site.
Your account
Keep your credentials and deploy tokens secret. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old.
Your content
You own what you publish and you are responsible for it. You grant NexaCloud the permission needed to store and serve it. Sites you deploy are publicly accessible.
Acceptable use
Do not use NexaCloud for anything illegal; for phishing, malware or fraud; to infringe others’ rights; to send spam; to attack other systems; or to host content that harms others. We may suspend or remove sites and accounts that break these rules, and we respond to abuse reports sent to [email protected].
Plans and billing
The Free plan costs nothing and has the limits shown on the pricing page. Pro is billed monthly in US dollars through Stripe and renews until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep the paid period. Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Limits are enforced automatically.
Availability and changes
We may change or discontinue features. We will try to give notice for changes that affect running sites.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for violations of these terms or to protect the service.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, NexaCloud is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
